一般描述
CHIRALDEX B-DA 要求分析物具有至少两种环状结构,其中一种是连接手性中心的不饱和(芳族)α、β。例如氟西汀、哌醋甲酯和氯苯吡胺。DA 系列对映立体选择性主要机理是被分析物和环糊精空腔之间合适的包和作用和恰当的配合。必须有连接手性中心的可包合基团 α 或 β 用于手性识别。由于 CHIRALDEX DA 柱能以最高效率分离多环分析物,因此分析温度通常高于 150℃。在温度 >200℃ 时可观察到对映立体选择性(氟西汀乙酰基衍生物)。
