一般描述
CHIRALDEX B-PM 和 Supelco β-DEX 110 以及 Supelco β-DEX 120 三个固定相之间的主要区别在于掺入聚硅氧烷载体中的全甲基环糊精衍生物的浓度不同。CHIRALDEX B-PM 是用于酸、醇、巴比妥、二醇、环氧化物、酯、烃类、酮、内酯和萜烯分离的通用色谱柱。此外,某些非衍生醇和二醇以及某些具有极性基团的分析物(即叔胺)也能较好分离。
