Piroxicam belongs to the class of acidic, non-steroid anti-inflammatory (NSAI) drugs, with a long half-life which enables it to be administered once daily.

应用
These Secondary Standards are qualified as Certified Reference Materials. Piroxicam may be used as a pharmaceutical reference standard for the determination of the analyte in pharmaceutical formulations and urine by spectrophotometry.
