This certified reference material (CRM) is produced and certified in accordance with ISO 17034 and ISO/IEC 17025. All information regarding the use of this CRM can be found on the certificate of analysis.

These Vitroids^™ discs contain Escherichia coli WDCM 00013 viable microorganisms (15-80 CFU) in a certified quantity (generally accredited according to ISO/IEC 17025), produced under reproducible conditions compliant with ISO 17034:2016 using authenticated strains from CECT^®.
The discs consist of pure cultures of bacteria in a solid matrix, stable for at least one year and are in a viable state with a shelf life of 1-3 years.
Each batch is provided with a comprehensive certificate of analysis that specifies the mean number of colony-forming units (CFU), an expanded uncertainty about the mean, details about the method used to determine the product data and the number of passages (subcultures) from the original strain.
Vitroids^™ are derived from a traceable culture obtained freeze-dried from CECT^®.
